Vitamin A helps stimulate immunity, is essential for proper functioning of the eye, and is necessary for the production of bone, skin, protein and growth hormone.

Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant needed for the growth and repair of connective tissue (i.e. bones, skin, muscles, blood vessels). Vitamin C also acts as a natural antihistamine, promotes wound healing, and plays a vital role in the immune system.
