GOOD AIR

  • It is so important to breathe properly.  Inhale through your nose while expanding the abdomen and then the chest.  Hold for a few comfortable seconds.  Exhale deeply through the mouth contracting the abdomen.  Exhale 1 – 2 X as long as inhaling.  Do this ON PURPOSE a few times daily.  The more you increase your breathing, the better you will feel.

 GOOD REST

  • Burning the candle at both ends could turn around to burn you.  Get 6 – 8 hours of sleep every night.   A rested you will make a better you.

  • Divide your body weight in half.  THAT is the amount of water you should be drinking on a daily basis.  Hydrating your body is critical.  Your body AND your brain will thank you.
  • Try to drink clean – pure water.  

GOOD FOOD

  • Nourish your body with LIVE food.  You deserve an upgrade.  Think of it as you deserve more than fast foods and foods that have lost all nutrients. 
  • Keep it simple with whole grains, nuts & seeds, green leafy vegetable and fresh fruits
  • No need to complicate  matters, just avoid processed foods.  It’s simple and really easy.
